Octa Design began in 2017 in a small studio in Karad with a simple belief: well-designed homes shouldn’t be reserved for the wealthy few. Over the years we’ve built a tight team of architects, interior designers and on-site craftsmen who share that belief — and refuse to compromise on quality, even when working to tight budgets.

Today we deliver projects across Karad, Pune, Mumbai, Kolhapur and Sangli — from compact 1 BHK apartments to full bungalows and commercial fit-outs. What stays constant is the standard of finish, the honesty of the quotation and the calm of working with people who care.
